Peters is a Nigerian music video director, filmmaker and cinematographer. He is the founder and CEO of CAPital Dream Pictures, a production company that specializes in the realms of the performing arts, new media art, film, television, radio, and video. He is the pioneer of digital music video production and director. Many regard him as the best music video director in Nigeria and ranks in the top 10 list of best music video directors in Africa. It is worthy to know that he is also the founder and CEO of Capital Hill Records, a record label home to Chidinma, Tha Suspect, and Illbliss. He is the most sought after music video director in the country. Clarence is no 1 amidst his contemporaries for his creativity.
